Mary is originally from Alstead, NH. She lives with her husband and two dogs. Mary is a graduate of FMRHS, UNH and attended KSC after graduation. She has a degree in Social Services from UNH and worked for Keene Orthodontics since 2004. Mary’s job includes welcoming patients to the practice. She also assists the doctor and treatment coordinators doing clerical duties. She loves all aspects of her job and feels fortunate to be surrounded by capable and knowledgeable staff. Mary especially enjoys getting to know the patients and helping answer their questions. Her advice to new patients is to make all appointments before leaving the office if possible, call whenever there is a question or concern and to reschedule promptly when canceling is necessary. Mary also recommends patients visit the Keene Ortho Facebook and website pages, to stay current on news and special events. When Mary is not at work, she enjoys taking long walks, gardening, painting and spending time with family and her dogs. Some things that make Mary smile are the thank you letters our patients send home to their parents when treatment has finished and the look on a patient’s face when they see how great their smile is.
Rosemarie is originally from Northampton, MA, but now resides in Walpole, NH with her husband, Greg, her daughter, Emily and their cat, Mia. She attended the Dublin Christian Academy. She has been with Keene Orthodontics since 2003. As a Treatment Coordinator she helps people get started with treatment. Her advice to new patients is “Smile Always.” Some things that make Rosemarie smile are walking up thankful for her life, a fun job, a beautiful, healthy daughter she is able to spend time with, and be part of creating smiles for people.
Shannon lives in Fitzwilliam, NH with her husband Alex and dog, Daisy. She is originally from Washington, NH. Shannon attended New Hampshire Technical Institute and Red Cross Med Pro Education. She is a medication nurse’s assistant and certified in infection control. Candie is in training as an Orthodontic Assistant. Her favorite thing about working for Keene and Brattleboro Orthodontics is the kind, fun staff, patients and family and being part of making beautiful smiles. Her advice to new patients is to relax. Dr. Miller and his staff are great and they strive to make your experience as great as possible. Some things that make Shannon smile are warm summer days, ice cream, and my dog Daisy.
Susan is a native to Swanzey, NH where she currently lives with her husband, Rich and their two daughters, Victoria and Vanessa, along with their dogs, cats, rabbits, sheep, goats, chickens and horses. Susan attended NHTI and is a Certified Dental Assistant, and Certified Orthodontic Assistant. Susan has been with Keene Orthodontics since 2010, and working in orthodontics for over 14 years. Her favorite part of her job is working with the people and making better smiles. Susan’s advice to new patients is to keep your teeth clean. Some things that make Susan smile are her family, pets and being outside.
Heather lives in North Walpole, NH with her husband, Tom, her two kids, Ben and Elissa, and their dog, Gidie Girl. Heather is originally from Bellows Falls, VT. She attended Keene State College and NHTI. Heather is Radiology certified in New Hampshire and Vermont and Certified as an Orthodontic Assistant (COA) in New Hampshire and TDA Certified in Vermont. Her favorite thing about working in patient care is the great staff, who work together as a team and share many laughs, and her patients. Heather’s advice to new patients is to ask questions and brush well. Some things that make Heather smile are a good hockey game, the bruins or her son. Sports with her kids, going for a four wheel ride with her husband, the beach and chocolate.
Ashley is a native of Hinsdale, NH where she resides with her husband, her two children, their chickens and cats. She took a private dental assistant course and attended Springfield Tech. Ashley is a certified Orthodontic Assistant (COA) along with CPR and radiology certified. Her favorite part of her job is spending time with her patients. Ashley’s advice to new patients is hard work pays off so doesn’t keeping a clean smile. Some things that make Ashley smile are the outcome and beautiful smile when completing a patient’s case.
Candie lives in Rindge, NH with her husband, two daughters Kalli and Emily, and her two dogs. She is originally from Templeton Massachusetts. Candie has attended Mount Wachusett Community College, Boston University and NHTI. She has been a Certified Dental Assistant since 1993 and a Certified Orthodontic Assistant since 1998, she also holds an Associates Degree. Candie has worked for Rindge Orthodontics since 2005. Her favorite thing about her job is working with all the patients and at the end of their treatment seeing a beautiful smile. Some things that make Candie smile are her family, chocolate, and anything about the 80’s.
Sydney is a native of Keene, NH where she currently resides. She attended Keene State College and New Hampshire Technical School. Sydney is part of the Orthontic Assistant team. Her favorite thing about Brattleboro Orthodontic Specialists is the staff and fun patients. Her advice to new patient’s is be prepared to laugh, we love to have a good time at work. Some things that make Sydney smile are when people are excited about their smile.
Laurie is originally from Barre, MA. She now resides in Peterborough, NH with her pet plants Spathy and Ruby “Begonia.” Laurie attended Lowell University as a music major and holds a Bachelor’s of Music. She has been with Keene Orthodontics since 2002. Her advice to new patients is to enjoy the camaraderie of the other patients. Some things that make Laurie smile are beautiful music, puppies and Monty Python.
Joanne is originally from Boston, MA, but now resides in Keene, NH with her husband, Ray. She attended Keene High School and Keene State College. She has been with Keene Orthodontics since 1994. Joanne’s advice to new patients is to sit back and enjoy the ride. Everyone will make you feel at home and comfortable. Some things that make Joanne smile are springtime, babies, ice cream, and Jesus.
